Please watch the video on creating an account. The most common problem that we experience is new users not checking email including spam folder for the validation email. You cannot get in without it. Usernames are not emailed to you. You make your own up when you create the account.

The questions used in the online study are once again available to the public in PDF format from the NMC link above. The illustrations are not yet available for some of these questions.
